Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By participating in our AGame Partner SaaS (software as a service) affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the affiliate program.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for AGame Solutions affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. AGame Solutions reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

3. Enrollment

   To enroll in AGame Solutions affiliate program, you must complete the online application on our website. We reserve the right to accept of reject any application.

4. Affiliate Commission

   a. You will earn a commission on qualifying sales referred through your unique affiliate link.

   b. Commission rates, payment terms, and eligible products/services are outlined in the affiliate dashboard.

5. Payment

   a. Payments will be made on a monthly basis (in the month following the signup), subject to a minimum payout threshold as specified in the affiliate dashboard

   b. Payouts will be made via PayPal.

6. Marketing and Promotion

   a, You agree to promote our products/services in a lawful and ethical manner

   b. Prohibited promotional methods include but are not limited to spam, false advertising, and unauthorized use of our trademarks.

7. Tracking and Cookies

   We use cookies to track affiliate referrals. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate link is properly formatted to ensure accurate tracking.

8. Termination

   a. AGame Solutions reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

   b. upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

9. Modifications

   AGame Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. IT is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

10. Confidentiality

    You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by us, including but not limited to commission rates and customer data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
